This English version is provided for convenience; in case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.
Purpose
Untable turns Excel, CSV or Google Sheets files into dashboards. Generation is free and requires no account; saving, exporting and sharing require an account and, depending on the plan, a subscription.
Who the service is for
Untable is a professional tool. Subscriptions are reserved for professionals — freelancers, companies, associations and public bodies — acting within their business. By subscribing, you declare that you have this status.
Dashboard generation remains open to everyone, free of charge and without an account.
Plans and prices
The plans (Starter, Pro, Studio) and their prices are displayed on the home page, in euros. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code: the displayed amount is what you pay.
The subscription is monthly or yearly, at your choice. It is payable in advance and renews automatically at each term, until cancellation. Prices may change; any change is announced at least thirty days in advance and only takes effect at the next term, which you remain free not to reach.
Payment and invoicing
Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. Untable neither receives nor stores your card details: they only pass through Stripe.
Each term gives rise to an invoice, available at any time from your workspace, under Subscription. If a payment is declined, access to paid features is suspended after the reminders sent by Stripe; your dashboards are kept and become accessible again as soon as the situation is regularised.
Term and cancellation
The subscription has no minimum term. You can cancel it at any time from your workspace, under Subscription, in a few clicks and without justification.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period: access stays open until the term already paid, without pro-rata refund. After that term, the account automatically switches to free access; your dashboards are kept but paid features stop.
Right of withdrawal
As the subscription is reserved for professionals acting within their business, the fourteen-day right of withdrawal provided by the French Consumer Code does not apply.
By exception, if you employ five people at most and the subscription does not fall within the scope of your main activity, article L. 221-3 of the French Consumer Code grants you this right: write to contact@untable.io within fourteen days of subscribing and you will be refunded, minus the share of the service already provided if you requested immediate performance.
Your data
You remain the owner of your files and dashboards. Untable does not use them for any purpose other than providing the service. You can delete your dashboards and your account at any time; deleting the account also erases its dashboards and sessions. The details of processing are set out in the legal notice.
Availability and liability
Untable is provided “as is”. We do our best to ensure the availability of the service, without guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Dashboards are an aid to reading your data; decisions taken on their basis are your responsibility.
Our liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damages, up to the amounts you paid during the twelve months preceding the triggering event. It is up to you to keep your source files: Untable is not an archiving service.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, please write to contact@untable.io: most disagreements are settled this way. Failing an amicable agreement, the dispute falls under the competent courts.
